Product Description

(1)The machine can process fresh fishes or semi-thawed fishes;(2)The machine can remove scales from various fish including salmon, grouper, tilapia, grass carp and more. It can also remove mucus from the surface of fish such as catfish.
(3)It can be processed per minute 30-120 fishes(It depends on the type of fish, the weight range, and the number of workers putting the fish into the machine.), reduce labor, increase speed, and maintain the best freshness of the fishes.
(4)The height of the feed inlet of the machine is 20 cm (the fish is placed on the conveyor belt of the machine lying down).
(5)The machine uses an AR water pump produced in Italy to remove scales on the surface of fish through a high-pressure water nozzle inside the machine. The pressure of the water pump can be adjusted. The machine can ensure that the fish scales are cleanly and completely removed without causing any damage to the fish meat.
(6)Suitable species: Salmon,Mackerel, Spanish mackerel, Saury, Silver carp, Slate-cod croaker, Codfish, Croaker-Yellow, etc.
